Good book and sheds light on the burdens placed on other humans just so American's can have a continuous flow of cheap clothes and food products.

An overall good book, which includes a lot of information that everyone should know. To some, what they find in this book won't be anything groundbreaking, but it is fairly short and I think worth a read. An overall good book, which includes a lot of information that everyone should know. To some, what they find in this book won't be anything groundbreaking, but it is fairly short and I think worth a read. I wasn't sold on the authors somewhat meandering, very informal style of writing, and I felt the last section kind of lacked any conclusion. I think it would have been a lot harder hitting, but it was interesting. For me the conclusion was probably the best part, the only part that really seemed to show the author's passion for the issue, any the only part that really gave away any opinion, however vague, of what to do going forward. If the entire book had been written like that, I think it would have been a better read. Not too bad though.   hide
