The Way We'll Be: The Zogby Report on the Transformation of the American Dream

If you like polls and statistical analysis you will love this book. I love stats but this was a little over the top even for me. It was really repeatative and he definitely has his own slant on polls but I would say the information about the next generation is right on. It's been confirmed by some things I am hearing others say about this up and coming generation as well.

If you want to read a book by someone who makes it their business to have their attention on the pulse of America, this is it. John Zogby puts the future of America and Americans in a rather hopeful context- with the polls to help back it up.

solid view of the polling methodology, some interesting findings. Not close to a "The Third Wave" caliber, but good entertaining reading. Most importantly, and optimistic view of the future on this "doom and gloom" days.

So far so good.Best analysis of America I've read yet- and I'm just getting started.And I say best- I almost mean hopeful and observant.As an aspiring social scientist (of a kind) myself, I appreciate the thought put into analyzing the statistics...pollster or not- this man has his finger on the pulse of America and is feeling signs of life.
