Though it presents an interesting theory about the way the relationship between the US, the EU, and China may play out as the 21st century progresses, the book only offers--as these sorts of books so often do--a thimble's worth of depth and insight. Waiting for Fareed Zakaria's book, which appears to be on nearly the same topic and will almost certainly be better.
