This is popular economics with a new twist. Harford demonstrates that, on the whole, people behave rationally. This can make it difficult to help struggling communities, because although evryone may be acting in their perceived self-interest, improving the neighbourhood would benefit everyone more.

Bettered The Undercover Economist with this one.As with all the economics books, this too slows down towards the end, but worth every rupee i spent :)
