(Also, if you've read Lolita, it's important to note that this is a much gentler book.) A very sweet story of nonagenarian love, of renewing your life in old age, and of the ability to fall in love without ever speaking. Not to be avoided, as it is a short 115 pages, very easy to understand, and can be easily read in a day. "I became aware that the invincible power that has moved the world is unrequited, not happy, love."
