ah, the plot thickens. i love this series. and bigby's confession is 'aww'-worthy. the art, as always, is beautiful. the writing and characters are to die for--though they never do really die.

Another solid volume in the ongoing Fables saga. Engaging story, great characters that you remember from childhood but presented in a completely unique way. Really liking this book.

Can't fault the artwork, and the opening murder mystery was compelling enough.  There is obviously going to be an interesting unfolding backstory.  I hope the main characters arebn't going to continue to be so sanctimonious though.

ahhh, Snow White and BigBy, there could be no greater love!  Bill Willingham's writing is witty and smart and Mark Buckingham knows how to bring Bill's words alive onto the page.  I love this series!
