The insightful discussion of kindness at the beginning should have been reduced into a single chapter book and spared listeners from the five additional chapters of a dull business report that amounts to little more than the affirmation that holding to moral values is best for business, and that kind leaders create the environment where moral values will take root. Read that last sentence and you have no need to read most of this book.
