not very well written; lots of type-os - but quick to get through..a la non-fiction self-help books...(complete with the sort of obnoxiously repetitious style that suggests an editor thought she had better things to do than to see if the chapters flowed logically..) - but the subject matter is totally interesting. I usually skim books like these, but much can still be gleaned from doing so. Evaluates the lifestyles and diets of the world's longest living people. Basically, drink red wine, eat a predominently vegetarian diet, love long, have good friends and hope to god you have enough at retirement so your kids don't put you in a home (the last part was my addition)
