Anyway, this one talks about.... surprise, surprise... the peaks and valleys of life. But one of the important points is to differentiate and segregate the ups-and-lows that is happening to one, and the feelings insides that one has about these.
The latter may not be controllable, but being conscious about the inner feelings can and these can be turned into personal peaks.
Worth a read.
