If you have a vegetarian bone in your body, you *have* to have the Moosewood. That said, it really is relic of the 70's with way too much cheese in the recipies and way too much granola in the attitude
Some amazing veg recipes! Since it's a restaurant cookbook the recipes can be labor-intensive and make large portions for a family of three. They totally worth it though, highly recommended for weekend or company cooking.
This is a good cook book for new vegetarians and for those who want to just start eating healthier. I love this book, I wish I could start to cook more from it then just look at its pretty cover.
