I highly recommend this book, to, well, anyone who eats, really. Without being prescriptive or judgmental, Bays proposes ways to pay more attention to our eating - to what we eat, but also how and why we eat. My edition came with a CD with exercises, which I intend to actually listen to on my second read through the book. I found this book really helpful and insightful.

Enjoyed this book, it gave me another way to look at the act of eating. The audio CD is nice to reinforce the exercises contained in the book. I recommend reading it if you don't pay attention to what you eat or you are thinking about ways to bring your mind into the eating experience.
