God, the Failed Hypothesis: How Science Shows That God Does Not Exist

I did NOT see the big deal about this book. It sounds like what i've read out of all my material on atheism thus far...I will say it's a good book, but it is nothing groundbreaking... Science oriented, but almost the same thing i've heard from Dawkins, George Smith, Mills, etc.

This is a great contribution to the critique of the religious mining and use of science to support ancient dogmas. Stenger applies his knowledge and expertise in physics to argue a bold and unpopular propostion - that science does actually show that God doesn't exist.

If you follow the scientific method (and how else do you know the truth) then this book will tell you what you probably already know… good stuff.

short and simply put by a physicist! good read for out of the closet atheists.
