The book captured my attention because I think we all to often are not a principle based society. The book was not what I expected, however, it did deliver on some good models for implementation.

The things I liked was that of creating a culture shift, rather than making the non-compliance a penalty if you will...It further goes on to show how the measurement can be effective if used throught the entire organization.
What I did not like is that it feels a lot like the numerous self help books that are out there..based on one person's good idea, much stems.
So, that said, it reminds me that the military and its role in society goes further than most realize. The military has been using these exact principles for years...it is not news to me.
Thanks for making it interesting ... R. Conners and T. Smith do a good job making it user friendly and reinforcing the information...I liked that part of the book.
