The Omnivore's Dilemma A Natural History of Four Meals

Took me awhile to get through this but it has pretty much changed my view on food. I would love to know that the food I am buying and eating is from a local farm and not super processed.

The section on agri-business is especially interesting, and could very well cause you to make different choices at the grocery store! Great section on sustainable farming - much to think about. Section on hunting and gathering your own food was so -so.

I'm not big on books that don't tell a real story, but it's an interesting read on how food in America really is.

Long, but well worth the read.
