Mrs. Dalloway

One of the most beautifully written books I've read.

I was blown away by this book, it is simply magnificent. The story rolls and twist freely between the characters, creating a beautifull kaleidoscopic describtion of events and personalities. I think the book paints a fine picture of what it is to be human.

This is true literature: great! Mix of voices, sights; pure art.

Can't quite finish this although I want to...I keep staring at it and thinking: I refuse to read The Hours by Michael Cunningham until I finish reading this, and then I pick up something else.

very good writing, I felt personally touched by several of the story lines and characters, fantastic writer.

Stunning. If someone asked me what my definition of "Art" is, my answer: "Mrs. Dalloway" by Virginia Woolf. Woolf is by far my favourite author of all time. Her use of stream of consciousness in "Mrs. Dalloway" is incredible. This book is fantastic. READ IT!
