If you like college football, this is a must read. A day-to-day account of the college football recruiting process. A year spent with the head coach of Ole Miss.

Required reading for any USC football fan, or fan of college football in general. I had no idea what recruiting has morphed into. Feldman's writing style is better for an article than a novel, but I loved the content. Two thumbs up!!!!

Great book about how a major college football program recruits high school players. Especially intriguing since the book focuses on Ed Orgeron at Ole Miss, who was recently fired. Will be interesting to see if he lands anywhere....

If college football recruiting intrigues you, this is a must read as it gives insight into how coaches handle the process, players and player's ego. This also plays into the "Blind Side" book, so grab them both and read "Meat Market" first, then read more about Oher.

You need to be a College football fan to enjoy it, but I loved it. It sacrifices it's prose for statistics, but Feldman takes you more in depth in the recruiting process than you could hope for in a book.
