She does make a lot of sense in what she puts forth in this book about eating right ... may not be possible to follow ALL that she speaks of, but it does get u thinking on d nutrition aspect of eating, which i think is a great thing...

It's not only about Kareena, there is more to it. It is about our very dear stomach which is calling for help :-). Rujuta's writing is simple to understand and easy to believe and apply. A must read for all those who either eat anything / everything /anytime and also those who eat but with guilt and detox later. Njoy the book as it has lot of funny instances and your meals...more

This is one of the best books I have read on diet. The diet plans given in this book are very easy to follow. This book tells you the real meaning of diet and healthy food. I would recommend each and every person who wants to remain fit to read this book.

very informative and well planned....and this book has totally changed my opinions on diet and food in general...and its also helped me 2 loose weight...so i suggest everyone who wants 2 loose weight should read d book atleast 2wice and then practisce it to the T.
