This book was really interesting. Reading it in the original helped a lot, too, since nothing was lost in translation. The story was riveting and not over the top. If you like Coelho, I recommend it. It is, however, one of his less "mystic" stories.
Love is Love! The voice spoke to the shepherd boy in "The Alchemist" now speaks to the young woman in "A Bruxa de Portobello". The wise words by the alchemist now come to be true in this book. I love it -- no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dreams.
