Stephen King doesnt dissappoint. Friggin awesome novel. The only weird part was when Beverly had sex with the six boys in succession. By the way they were (including her) between the ages of 11 and 12. Other than that microscopic thing the novel was great.
An absolute masterpiece of horror literature. This one gets under your skin. It is the stuff of nightmares. The characters are so well developed and the horrors seem real. I had goosebumps many times while reading it. It may be a long read, but its a good one.
I read it when I lived in Bangor and the geography of the story described my neighborhood. (Derry is a thinly veiled representation of Bangor) That alone made it more interesting and a bit more creepy.
