Musicians and Authors's Talk Board

Hi everyone. I'm so excited to see a book club that incorporates my two greatest passions in life - writing and music. I would state my favourite book, but my problem is that I tend to have so many and I can't choose! My favourite at the moment, though, is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I did get very frustrated with Jane, however, as I felt that she was too weak and should have just gone with her gut instinct a lot more. Stephen, I'm also in the process of writing a novel, but can't talk about content, etc. due to the same reason. I would love to talk with you about progress, however. Maybe it will help us to share what we do with difficult parts, etc.

As an artist and author, the content of this Memoir is filled with a range of color descriptions that follow the life of my family through times of prosperity and despair. Norma, my mother, is determined to fill her life with energy and hope for a better tomorrow through the struggles associated with growing up. Her love, compassion and embracing smile captures the spotlight of all who witness. Inside this Novel, you will ask yourself a host of questions that are difficult to understand. It is the hope of this author, your view allows your own life to gain a deeper understanding. Be sure to check back often for updated content and images. My artistic expressions are drawn from personal experiences and memories that are reflected in this literature.

Greetings, Stephen. I have seen you joined BookMania club and your comment there about browsing your own book club. So, I am happy of being its member. I admire activities you are engaged in and I will be happy both to read your books and listen to your compositions. Further, I will describe my favourite author´s favourite book, as you have asked. That is Herbert Wells´ „The Time Machine“ novel, which was wonderful and easy to read. I enjoyed author´s thoughts about dimensions and evolution. Its ending is also surprising and misterious. I advise you to read it if you have not. I am thankful to you for the opportunity to be a member of your book club.

Argue your favorite book and author: My favorite book is The Great Gatsby by Fitzgerald. His imagery and perceptions on the life of the rich is impecable. I also love the point of view and narration where he is almost a neautral charater. The best part about having neutral narration, is the fact there really isn't any bias towards certain ideas and opinions cuasing the reader to make his/her own judgement. Most importantly Fitzerald hit the nail on head because he basically wrote about my life...

I'm in the process of writing a book but I can't talk about it since I still need to publish it... When I'm done, I'll give a copy to the people I choose (who are in this book club). I am also working on poems (trying to change them to songs)...
