This is a work of fiction, right? I mean, why would anyone believe all the concepts that the author puts in here? Do you believe in the Force too? Like in Star Wars?

its a story of an extra ordinary boy you cannot compare such things with everyone's life in general so its sort of reality but rarely real according to this century
now a days people have other things to deal with if we all start thinking about forces and start following omens we end up dying in desert
the stroy was written abt a free soul/mind character in old times
we cant impose such things in modern lives :)
but the moral should be (faith in god) no matter where you live and how you live
