• Keep it short & to-the-point.
• As a pointer, most people with 6 or less years of experience should be able to communicate what they want to in lesst than 2 pages.

Please ensure that the following information is easy to gather from the resume:

• Education - degree, college, year of passing
• Experience - company, month of joining & month of leaving

Please avoid long descriptions of projects that you have worked for. Focus more on your role in the project, technologies you used & things you learnt.

• Teamwork - ability to work well with others
• Technical excellence - Need to be very good at problem solving, coding, data structures and other technologies that you have worked with.

In an interview you would face questions regarding

• basic problem solving - where we want to see how well do you listen to the problem, understand & break down the problem & think & evaluate the possibile solutions, present the final solution.
• Coding - Here we are looking for you to write code in a language you are comfortable with. We'll not penalise you for missing a semi-colon, but we will penalise you for not taking care of edge conditions.
• Data structures: We look for a deep understanding of data structures, and the ability to apply that knowledge to pick the right data structure given a problem.
• You would also face questions about design & databases.
