This is othe only Harry Potter book so far that has actually captivated me. I love the characters of Lupin and Dumbledore the most. Prisoner definitely held my attention the entire time and would make me think. There were some plot twists that I did not see, but overall the book constantly kept me guessing. Rowling did a great job in this third installment. It is interesting, adventurous, and comical. Readers of all ages will enjoy the 3rd HP book. As usual, Dumbledore comes up with some awesome quotes that we can all live by. Definitely read this one!!

(Language: English)
Incredibly boring for the majority of the book. There were too many pages for such a simple plot. The only thing that intrigued me was the plot twist of Mad Eye. I totally did not see that coming, but as a new Harry Potter reader, I guess that can be expected. Overall, Rowling put too many side details in here just to say she had an extremely long [boring] book. Even the part with Voldemort was awkward and silly. The dialogue is pretty bad. Read it for yourself and make your own opinions, but this is mine. Thanks ;)

Very simple and a little slow at times. The dialogue is rough and does not flow very well. It is more written for kids and I respect that. I will read the rest of the series and see if it improves. Overall, not too bad of a book, but definitely not a masterpiece.
