(Language: English)
Amazing - I thought I had this figured out but it still got me in the end. There are lines drawn between one of the main characters and Christ, when miraculous begin occurring in his presence. The story line is riveting - the basic question being what would you do to save your child? The main character is forced to make a heart retching decision should she accept a heart from the murder of her husband a oldest daughter to save the life of her youngest. Great read to the last word! |

(Language: English)
Great read - it's got the romance and suspense of most of Nicolas Sparks books and a good ending. The characters are well developed and Sparks keeps you on the edge of your seat with the twists and turns of the story.

(Language: English)
LOVED this book it is sad but very poignant and just when you think you have it figured out the story goes in a different direction. I like the way the author wrote form each person perspective and wove all their stories together.

A Reader posted a review at 2008-08-27 05:11:38 for I Know This Much Is True (P.S.).
(Language: English)
This book was a difficult read but I believe the author slowed the pace and made it difficult/tedious on purpose to add the affect of the character he was portraying. The story is of twin boys one who is mentally ill and the other who becomes his care taker. the author tells there story form each of their prospectives and that of other family members.Very interesting, I would read this again.

The Guardian - was a GREAT book defiantly one that will keep you up at night way past your bed time. The book is about a women and her dog, yes he is a main character. It is a love story and thriller that had me literally yelling at the book! Ronnie was sure i had completely lost my mind.Outside of the story I kept having to flip the cover to be sure that a man wrote it simply because he writes women so well! I highly recommend this book! |
