A must read for all people. C.S. Lewis explains the beauty of the four types of human love: affection, friendship, eros and charity. One of the most interesting forms is friendship, as it is almost forgotten in our modern, independence seeking culture, especially close friendship between two guys. Charity, of course, is the most important and impossible to accomplish without God's help and direction.

A good read. Sound epistemology: dualist. He is the one who said "I think therefore I am". Many philosophers still debate his work and feel that they have to overthrow his notions about soul and body; very few, if any, have credible arguments that prove him wrong.
