It's such a kiddish book, but I love the series anyway. They're fast reads and always funny.

I could barely put this book down. You just wanted to see what was on the next side of the tapes. Incredibly sad, but the author did an excellent job of giving a reader a spark of hope at the end.

I hated the ending, mostly because I read the back and guessed who she would marry. The story was excellent, but I wished the author hadn't made the ending so obvious.

I was a bit disappointed at the end, mainly because there were so many loose ends. I wish it went into more detail of what happened after her son was born and the relationship she had with the father. In any case, not a favorite novel of mine by Donna Jo Napoli.

I picked this book up at a church bazaar, and it ended up being pretty good. I liked the incorporation of Navajo beliefs and rituals. It made for an original novel.

This wasn't one of my favorite books, but the plot was original. It wasn't a cliche ending and it left the reader a lot of wonder about. Pretty decent!

I was skeptical at first, but I ended up liking this novel quite a bit. It was predictable at first, but the end just came out of nowhere. Well written.

I loved it. Although I think I liked A Thousand Splendid Suns better, this was equally as well written. Sad ending, but altogether necessary.

There are no words to describe the utter magnificence of this series. I've been waiting for this last book to come out since FOREVER, and the author did not disappoint me. The twists were unexpected and left you wanting more. The ending was picture perfect, just the way I like it. Utter perfection!

I never really liked the traditional story of Cinderella in the first place. This provided a more realistic sense of what the fanciful disney version could have originated from. It was a great novel, and I was surprised that the story was Ruth's rather than Iris's as I thought from the beginning. It was a nice twist.

The cover is beautiful, and I loved the twists, but I was so disappointed at the end! I really wanted Irrylath and Aeriel to get together.. Maybe I'm just a romantic..

Excellent sequel, although the end was a total cliffhanger. I would've died if I didn't have the 3rd one on hand to start right away.

Again, it's the the little kid inside of me that hasn't gotten tired of fairy tales. I liked this retelling a lot. A bit on the mystical side too.

So I'm a bit of a sucker for fairy tales, especially retold ones, but Cameron Dokey did a wonderful job on this one. Most definitely better than Disney's.

Excellent! I liked how the points of view were from women.I read this book a few months ago, but I still remember how amazing it was. An excellent read.
