A great compliation of the many Kennedy Family weddings. I would have liked more on John F. Kennedy Jr and Bobby Kennedy Jr, though.

A Reader posted a review at 2011-05-02 01:54:53 for Dead Reckoning: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel (Sookie Stackhouse/True Blood).
(Language: English)
I read this book so fast and I now have another agonising wait until the next one! This book was fast-paced and brilliant! The story answered more questions about Sookie's ancestry, contained heaps of blood and guts and romance. Charlaine Harris has done it again!

(Language: English)
Small volume of text and photographs of Marilyn Monroe. Nice book to add to any collection.

A Reader posted a review at 2011-04-27 10:53:29 for The Hidden Diary of Marie Antionette.
(Language: English)
This book seemed to be well-written, even if I haven't read historical fiction before, but it just didn't capture my attention. I would rather read a biography.

A Reader posted a review at 2011-03-28 02:33:24 for 127 Hours.
(Language: English)
Good story about an amazing and courageous man. While some of the background stories are a little dull, the description of what happened in that canyon are unforgettable.

A Reader posted a review at 2011-02-17 05:46:04 for Versailles: A Novel.
(Language: English)
An interesting book with an unusual writing style about the life of Marie Antoinette. The book jumps from poetry to fiction, to biography to pages of a script, so I thought it was a bit over the place. The end half of the book is alot better.

An interesting look into the life of Marie Antoinette. Well-written, with lots of glorious detail. A must-read for any fan of Marie Antoinette.

A Reader posted a review at 2011-02-03 01:10:33 for Lucky Man: A Memoir.
(Language: English)
This book is completley engrossing. It is funny, emotional and modest. Michael J. Fox is a very talented writer and an even better human being. His story seems honest and intimate and made me admire him even more.

My favourite book so far in the Sookie Stackhouse series. This centred mostly around Eric, so that made it a really good read. Great storyline.

A Reader posted a review at 2010-11-27 05:28:32 for Dead As A Doornail.
(Language: English)
Easy and fun to read. The amount of Sookie's suitors is getting a bit ridiculous, but still a light, entertaining series.

A Reader posted a review at 2010-11-26 03:10:30 for Seventh Heaven.
(Language: English)
This book started off really well, but I thought it got a bit muddled towards the middle. I liked most of the characters, but its not something I would say I truly enjoyed. My least favourite Alice Hoffman book.

A Reader posted a review at 2010-11-25 03:09:02 for Club Dead: A True Blood Novel.

Alot better than the first two books. This one had alot more going on and some fresh, new characters. I liked that Eric featured more prominently in this one. Can't wait to read the next in the series.

The 'Italy' part of this book was amazing. The rest I couldn't even finish to the end it was so dull. Loved the movie though.
