Kay Jamison writes like the scientist that she is and like the poet that she is. There are lines in this book that compelled me to whisper them out loud, to re-read them, dog-ear the pages they were on, underline them, so I could repeat them to others. What I loved most about this book was the sense of optimism and hope and love of life and learning that resonated throughout.
