As the book is titled, it is about a woman's journey, and what a journey. The reason of the journey, the journey itself and the way it has been presented make the book a wonderful experience. Focused at the women population though it is equally delightful for men considering that everybody goes through the journey of pleasure and peace in their lives. Elizabeth describes her ideas in a strikingly familiar tone making the book sound not like a book but more like a narration in person. Beauty of this book lies in the inherent beauty of the flow of words more than the meaning of the words themselves. Overall, a delight.

This book is a good book in the sense that it does have a very strong idea. A good approach. And reading these 100 something pages is a great way to put that idea in to our heads. The basic idea of the book dies even before the half of the book. Not because it ceases to exist, but because the reader has already grasped it and because thereafter there's nothing left to read.

There are so many self-help books available, but few are so honest and so to the point. The no-nonsense tone of the book shows it really means business. One of the best self-help books ever.

The ending was the only good thing about the book. All else was plain waste of time. The ending is nice. Which is the only good thing about this book. Its mostly for the people who don't usually read a lot or need a book to kill time. With common stories of medical and engineering aspirants, mixed with cricket into focus and some other mirch masala stuff. I can rate it 2 stars, maybe.

It gets you encased in the mysterious and at the same time beautiful world of the writer's imagination. You can't hate any character, because there is also his good side. The engaging tale does require some knowledge of some history and art. The story flows through narration and even description of paintings.

I can't say that this book is revolutionary. It didn't make me cry. But in a strange way, the ideas in this book have stuck to my mind long after I read it. And it did change my life. For an author, I guess, that is quite a success. Interesting...but not much there..

Its a beautiful love story. One of the best ones. The story of tragedy with the focus on moving on and living life as it comes. Also it has a happy ending unlike the ending of Kite Runner. I hadn't been so satisfied with the ending of The Kite Runner... ...But this one... Has a great ending. I liked this book better than Kite Runner, way better.
