I truly enjoyed this book. Herald Alberich had long since been a favorite character of mine. If you ever wondered about this particular character, this is the book for you. This is a fast paced story of how someone thought to be an enemy can turn out to be the most loyal defender. Could not put this one down.

If you are any kind of fan of dragon riders, then this collection is worth a read. Who doesn't love a story about someone who has been cast to the lowest possible status and manages to find a way to rise above his captors and return to a home he thought lost. This was wonderfully written and I found the pages just flying by. A vivid trip out of this world!
