Why the hype? There is nothing engaging about either of the main characters: He is controlling, creepy, and vapid. She is whiny, self-centered, and sets feminism back a few decades. His attraction to her seems to be based on her "scent." (Perhaps simply invest in the same brand of shower gel?) Hers for him seems to be that she likes cold things, both literally and figuratively. Overall, this book is only slightly better than your average pulp romance.
