Not a very thick book and I finished it while in transit at airports. Interesting but storyline is kinda predictable. Overall good enuf to kill time :)

Interesting and a page turner. Kept me company during my 2-wk stay in the US and whenever I was eating alone. Though Gaiman never really explained why ppl from London Above cannot notice the existence of ppl from London Below or ppl who had fallen between the cracks so to speak. Is it an arrangement from some Powers That Be and we will just have to accept it is so? Overall still a good read and I wouldn't mind reading more adventures of the Below.

Pretty darn good especially the 1st story. Totally changed my perspective on time travelling. Scared me quite a bit too.Watched the movie before I read the 3rd story though and it was as I remembered from the film so no surprises there.. |

Being an expat's wife must be really good. Or so we thought.Never Enough tells us how such a good life can go wrong and unspeakable horror can happen even to the rich and glamorous. Only thing is right from the start we are told who the guilty one is so no mystery there. And in a way this kinda kills off the fun as whatever she claimed happened become just monotonous lies.. |

Pretty interesting. To go back and forth from now to the 1800s. The hunt and the 'who's the reaper' question marks hanging throughout added a touch of excitement. Also an unexpected twist to the ending. And in the name of science, we make sacrifices..even if it means seeing someone you know ending up on the dissecting table? *gulps I cannot imagine it happening but I am thankful it did, otherwise medicals would nvr have been able to improve.. |

As usual, Gaiman is the master when it comes to magical, creepy, twisted short tales. I think I finished the book on flight to Europe and back ;)
