It's a tribute to the vagaries, whims, inconsistencies and folly of the womankind.

Nice work of art. The good thing about the book is that the easy language makes the basic ideas accessible to almost everyone.

Decent attempt by surgical standards to gain entry into the literary world. The book deserves reading by people who have at least a preliminary knowledge of Human Anatomy, Physiology & History of Modern India. Good English Vocabulary is a pre-requisite too! |

"Frailty, thy name is woman."If there is any truth in this statement, Eustacia Vye personifies it. She gets what she does not desire and does not deserve either. Fate is a bit harsh on her. Her end strengthens our belief that Contentment, although rare, is a valuable Virtue.

(Language: English)
If you think you follow an ethical lifestyle or want a few words on morality, Crime and Punishment is the most rigorous test ever designed. No wonder, people leave this book after the first chapter or first few pages. This books demands you to live up to it. I m happy that i could.

Wajid Malik posted a review at 2008-07-04 10:04:57 for Wuthering Heights.
(Language: English)
This is the best book ever written on platonic as well as transient love. Having said that, i dont think i will be able to praise the book enough. If you can appreciate Wuthering Heights, well, that\'s an honour in itself.

You emerge out of this book moved, your mind on fire. Garcia\'s fatalism is even stronger than Gunter Grass\'.An exemplary piece of Magic Realism genre.
