An excellent book, one of the "unable-to-put-it-down" kind, but that's understandable taken that it's only 70something pages long. It lacks action but it shows the psyche and what else do I need...?

Well, it was Victorian, so I had to buy it and read it, but it was just a mixture of everything Victorian. And what was the crush of the doctor on Florence Nightingale...? Sickening I tell you.

Well, I saw the movie first. Then I had to read the book, but before reading this, I had to read the prequel. But this is a great novel. Short but grand - focused on the most important things in life: libido&thanathos. A must read for David Kepesh fans. And what an ending!

An enormous book - labyrintine would be a word that can describe it best. Just like Mixtli's travells I was wading through its pages and found an excellent ending to this book. A good read.

Ah, the flea and the Hermaphrodite all the other mysterious characters and happenings within this horrendous fable that shed a luminant spotlight on the literatural wanderings of my youth. How could I be the man that I am now without the guidance of Comte Lautreamont from the Southern Hemisphere.

Another one of my teenage readings and this left a lasting impression on my sexuality I guess. A must read for the wanna-be surrealist!

A great graphic novel as graphic novels go, but it is still very far away from literature. Some of the characters were well worked out, some were just there.

My first graphic novel and I was overwhelmed by it. Excellent, morbid, intricate and deep. Wanna read it again.

Another slow starter by Faulks. I was on the verge of putting it down, but held on and was pleasantly surprised! A great read all in all. Engleby would hate this review though...

The first book that I read in Japan and how prophetic a read. A man locking himself up in his own mind... Well, myself too, kind of locked up here in Japan.
