This is my 2nd novel by Chuck Palahniuk, and I think it should've been my first. It was knock down, drag out (pun intended) and an affirmation of my beliefs! I love Palahniuk's style, but it may not be for everyone because my boyfriend read Choke and he really didn't like it. Palahniuk is able to reach down into the depths of your soul and bring forward ugly, but honest person inside of you. It was a short read, but it kept me hooked the whole time. I would recommend this book to everyone!
