Terrible. Very terrible book. It's gimmick is that most of the stories are sick. I can't figure out who is who in this stupid book.I lurv Palahniuk, but this book is definitely the worst of his I've read. And, please, the opening story is gross, but not enough to make anyone faint from reading it. The power of hype is strong in this book. Read his other books, which actually make sense and are rewarding to the reader.
