This is really good and witty writing. There is every kind of literary element present in this book which is amazing; puns, metaphors, allegory, flashbacks, foreshadowing, irony and everything else.On the negative It's a bit wordy and reading is difficult. Rushdie's arrogance is evident on every page. Also, this book isn't for everyone it has a selected audience which one can say is unfair.Overall, although the story is good but if you're into stylistic writing this book is a must read.
