First opening this book you see the quote by Harry S. Truman, "I never did give hell. I just told the truth and they thought it was hell," which describes the contents inside of the cover. It tells a story of a murder and keeps you wondering what will happen and why someone would even kill Honor Newlin. However, it has a shocking surprise at the end that made me think, "Hm. Now it all makes sense." Great story and plot. I really enjoyed reading this book.
