I love this book. Being immediately drawn to Miss Elizabeth Bennet as I am, more so because we are so alike in personality. I find every word of this book delicious. Jane Austin has done a wonderful job of painting a picture of life during that time and of the various intricacies of relationships both familial and social. There is no doubt at how delicate one's reputation is and how it is affected during an era when social standing means everything. And of Mr. Darcy, a man of clear passion, yet simultaneously reserved. My own heart quickened a beat reading about him. I most definitely recommend this book.
