The Harmony of Creation And Science, written by Emil Bretz and published by Dorrance Publishing, tells about how creation and science do not contradict each other. Though the book deals with one of my favorite subjects, there was much that was above my head. I think that is due to my being a novice, so I won't blame it on the book.However, there are "facts" stated in the book that I believe are wrong. One of these is that the earth and universe are millions of years old. I do not believe the evidence supports this theory. I saw at least one Bible verse that did not fit with what I understood the author to be talking about. Though he said that the verse supported his thought, it did not to me. Overall, it has some good points. However, I would not trust it for more than just a reference book that shows other theories. It is well written, and Emil Bretz shows where he got his evidence.
