A suberb novel. Harris' prose style is clean, thorough, and sharp. He misses no single detail, and each detail is crafted to its fullest potential. I found practically no ineffective sentences or extraneous wording.
Also, congrats to the author for crafting one of the most intriguing serial killers in fiction. Hannibal Lecter is a marvel of the human mind, and always one of my favorites. Harris certainly did his homework for this one.
