Read these. C.S. Lewis is a master of fantasy while creating a subtle (or not-so-subtle, if you're familiar with the Bible) allegory that tells the gospel. Simple and fast reads, but they will transport you to another world. Enjoy.

This was a surprise set when i bought it, i did like the movie when it came out so decided to purchase the set. The books start to make sense after the first couple of ones. this is books i would recommend for older kids to adults. the books have good morals and keep you interested. you loose your main characters through each book, but meet a new one to compensate for the losses. i would give these books a 7 out of 10

I want to live in Narnia. Yes it's thinly veiled Christian propaganda but it's still wonderful. I love Aslan! I love the way it's written! It's fantastic.
