Makes me want to learn French, so that I can understand all the sayings in the book. Can't decide if I liked the book or the movie better. They both have their good qualities. Not extremely different stories but different perspectives.

A beautiful moving read.I read it whilst holidaying in France and I seem to remember I did quite a bit of crying!

Sweet and sentimental, but also powerful. Kept me entertained and made me laugh out loud. I like the language Wells uses and the way she tells the story.
