Expanding on the story set up by book 1 this one offers more momentum and resolution than book 1 - with some great paintings to boot.

buku kedua abarat ni.katanya kan trilogi.setelah nunggu lamaa skali akhirnya keluar juga. hha. entah pengarang entah penerbit yang berulah dh. yang unik, sama kaya buku pertama, imajinasi tinggi ama ilustrasinya yang dilukis smua sama clive barker sendiri..bagus2 lo. *baru kepikiran!jgn2 lama ngelukis bukan nulis??

So far it's a pretty good book. I think right now it's a little boring because the main character's life pretty much sucks so it's a little depressing. I think I just need to get a little more into it.

This is one serious different book. A totally different universe. Clive Barker just has an imagination that surpasses everything. And to make a young girl the main caracter and yet not make it a childrens book is also something. You have to read it for yourself to discover his amazing universe.
