Very good, very elementary look at flipping houses. Having never done it, and having almost no knowledge of the process, I found this extremely useful if I ever do turn a property. The book defines a very sensible outline and process that you should be able to follow step-by-step. It also describes which projects need to be done and in what order. Highly recommended to the new flipper, but it may be useless to the experienced, successful flipper.Very easy read, and great for beginners. I learned a lot, and if I ever decide to undertake a rehab project, I will definitely use the processes they outline.
