Lots of crazy people and the question of is the law 'an eye for an eye' really reasonable or does it just create an endless circle of suffering.

I didn't enjoy this nearly as much as I enjoyed the Oedipus plays. It's in verse, which was hard for me to follow. This, coupled with the fact that there is little action in the plays, makes it a dry read. The Eumenedies was my favorite of the three (Apollo and Athena come down to earth and of course the Furies are there - what's not to like?). Unless you really get a kick out of paeans and/or hardcore Greek myth, skip it.
