This has everything you would ever want or need from a book....there are sword fights, mistaken identities, murder, love, hate, and prison breaks.

If you ever had trouble reading this story, try this translation. It flows much better than the other translations I have tried, and also retains passages that were bowdlerized in previous translations. Overall a great read, in that remind me of an Ocean's movie. All of the little pieces are set up and the joy is watching them click together. If the size of the book feels intimidating, there are natural breaks every couple hundred pages.

I'm reading this book right now and I'm loving it! Dumas is a great writer. I love the way his treats "revenge" subject. I already saw many movies based on the book (2002, 1975 and 1934 versions) and I liked them all but everybody says the book is even better and the movies are a bit different... I can't wait to finish it! :)

Realmente vi la pelicula. Me encanto. Dios esta en todos lados y en todo y todos! Esta historia nos llama a comprender qeu el amor verdadero es paciente.; Lega nunca tarde. Siempre llega. Luchar y vencer por lo qUE verdaderamente vale. NO ME GUSTO QUE TOMO LA JUSTICIA EN SUS MANOS. Pero a fin de cuentas retomo su vida y recobro su familia.
