I do not know how to rate this book. It broke my heart, was so sad and I wanted so badly for him to do better but I was miserable throughout the length of it. So I've never read it again and avoided the play whenever possible.

Arthur Miller was a great write, but this is surely one of the saddest and most depressing stories ever written. The play also leaves me exhausted, saw it with Dustin Hoffman, all great acting, but so depressing!
