I read Japanese translation, but it was great.Especially I love the conversation between two wise men, Irish Samuel and Chinese Lee. timshel sounds like "we can do it."

This is one of the best books I have ever read. Though it made me appreciate the book more to discuss it. I would recommend a book club or commentary of some sort to bring the most out of this book.

I absolutely loved the book! One of the best I have ever read. Steinbeck's use of figurative language is incomparable!
