Light-hearted and fun. It is a quick easy read. It was a little commercial break in between my more dramatic books.

I really liked this story. What really made it great for me were the characters. I wasn't annoyed with any of them. Two of them were quite funny. I like Julie and Pugg the best because they were funny. Story has a happy ending too.

This is a funny book, with funny settings. It's a quick, fun, quirky read. The characters are unique, a little way out, but relatable.

This was a good book. I think it was the precursor for the Stephanie Plum novels. Cate has a big family, is dating a good looking cop, has a big dog, & gets in all sorts of trouble. This book is funny & has romance & a bit of mystery in it. If you love Janet Evanovich, like I do, you have to read it.
